A possible way of getting around this issue is to enter your full address with state and Zip Code under the address section. Under the Province select Ontario and for Postal Code select K7C 3P1. You can also select other provinces but the one I am giving identifies itself in the Postal Code directory
for Canada as RR#1 Carleton Place, Ontario(just happens to be where I live). In theory this service was intended for Canadians but on the other hand it has universal value to anyone in our field, as well as the medical, chemical, enviromental or any regulated field as well.
