I have the unlocked GSM 650 and I suffer resets occasionally, usually only in Versamail (against an exchange server). Up till now, I've been using a Tungsten T, then a T3 (my TT suffered digitizer drift), then a LifeDrive (my T3 forgot how to swim) all connected to a BT enabled phone. Having everything in one device is huge. At this point, I have 4MB free with a 1GB SD card with only 25M free on it. I have a 2GB card in the mail on it's way to me. Another good BT headset is the Cardo Scala 500 ($40 at ecost: http://www.ecost.com/ecost/ecsplash/shop/detail~dpno~511668.asp). I was using it until my dog chewed it to shreds and I'm using a Logitech Boom/2.5mm head set for now.
