Hi all, First time post here but had to put in my two cents. Initiate works wonderfully for me - plus you get all the other benefits of a top class launcher. Not only can you voice dial with it - you can launch applications, go to websites, compose emails and start just about anything you can think of - all by voice. It is very easy to setup and use. Also very customizable.
