My wife was dying to have my Treo since her cell phone just died so the price justification is somewhat fuzzy. Also, the keyboard on my Treo wasn't doing well. (the rubberized plastic holster that came out recently messed up the keys in the center of the keypad) The things I like about it: -the weight difference is noticeable (I had the extended battery in my 650 which made it heavier than stock) -it's much smaller overall -much more memory which is HUGE in my opinion -no antenna (didn't think this would matter but seeing it in person, it really does help) -hidden anti-pop-out SD card -no reboots yet -keyboard this is much easier to type on All were well worth it to me and I'd pay the $400 but I'm also known as an early adopter (friends at work nicknamed me "bleeding edge").
