I notice that on my new 700p (it'll be a month tomorrow), the O and P keys are getting soft to the touch. That is, when I press any of the other keys, I get nice palpable click. Not with the O and P keys. Especially the O key. When I press it, it doesn't feel like it moves all that much. I do, though, get a response on the display (i.e., it does result in a typed character) Do people here notice this with a key here and there on their Treo, so I can't expect a replacement to much better? I just wonder if I'm courting a nonfunctional O or P key in the future.
