I was n heaven when I bumped my Tandy 100 to 32K from the stock 28K

300 baud modem too as well as gobs of cassette tape storage.

Had my first car phone around that time too - couldn't use it many places
but it was cool to have,

Used a number of programmable HP computers too - I guess they had way more
computing power than the Gemini stuff.

I should of thought of duct taping my HP41CX (still use it) to the Motorola
brick thing I had at the time - almost a SmartPhone.

That room is still viewed as part of the NASA tour.
I started on a Sinclair 2000 with 2k of RAM. I did grades on it with a
tape recorder that saved files. I couldnt understand what I would use
8k for but I went for it anyway. Always a sucker for useless memory!

I was told that a 133Mhz computer was 10 times faster than what was in
a Mercury capsule.
