I am using a TREO 680p, when I hotsync my new video clips/ pictures do not get backup up to my desktop. It has worked in the past, but now I can not find the pictures & videos. I checked the log and this is what it says: OK Media OK Documents To Go OK Calendar OK Contacts Could not get the update HotSync Error: Unknown error. (CA) -- Backing up PhoneCallDB to C:\Program Files\palmOne\347668S\Backup\PhoneCallDB.PDB -- Backing up psysLaunchDB to C:\Program Files\palmOne\347668S\Backup\psysLaunchDB.PDB -- Backing up Saved Preferences to C:\Program Files\palmOne\347668S\Backup\Saved_Preferences.PRC OK Backup when I check the Media it is not there. Any help would be appreciated.
