Don, Doug and Alli, thanks, good advice...i.e., try to free up more memory. I do so inadvertently by yesterday doing a restore. Palm's VoiceDialer and some other apps did not make the transition thus I went from 2.4 free to 4.2 free. TomTom ran! Per Don's recommendation, I downloaded the DTG tech tool from DataViz and moved DTG to the card. Thus I went from 4.2 free to 7.7 free!
I do like Reset Doctor and I will purchase. I like the fact that it shows you a number for the dbCache and after manually flushing, the number increases. I think part of the problem is a some kind of conflict between VoiceDial and TomTom. I am going to try reinstalling VoiceDial and see if I can get both programs to work.
