Thanks Don, I've been using a 1gb all these many years :) without a hitch but I'm looking at something called the SanDisk V-Mate Video Memory Card Recorder and thought a couple of 2gb's might be nice for this purpose. I'm just trying to figure out if there would be playback issues on a device so old and there doesn't seem to be any compatability info available. I work 2 jobs and am lucky if get to watch 2 hours of TV/wk. Hey, is Murder She Wrote still on? (just kidding ... sort of ... :)
I keep my old 600 because it works great, still looks brand new and is the most stable device I've owned so far. The 680 calls to me but I'm just not ready ....:) Am I reading it wrong or does it say at the Palm link that you sent that 2gbs have been tried successfully on the 600? I looked around the net and couldn't find a definitive answer. My guess would be that a 1gb card was the largest available when the 600 was made and that would be the maximum.
