I bypassed my usb hub, and was then able to synch. Still got error for address and calendar that reads: TCPSync Failure Unable to loacte or create the Pilot Database! Please call your technical support representative. This comes up twice, when trying to sync appointments, and phonebook. One way synch (desktop overwrites handheld) give same result.
