Thanks again Alli, I read the Install file and at least found the 3gp that I need but I will install them all excluding the camera and the Sony one.
It seems the V-mate has a firmware update which I'm downloading now but as I'm on dial-up it's gonna take a little while longer ..... <sigh> ... time for a cocktail.
