Thanks, I found this helpful. Is there a way to remove the Addit Vault> application and files. I've found it very difficult to remove this it somehow tends to keep reappearing.
Perform a sync to make sure everything is up to date. Rename your backup > folder (usually something like c:\program > files\palm\yoursyncname\backup). Now hard reset your device. Now do a > sync, and when prompted choose your old hotsync name.
