I already have that. The caller id resolving happens through the internal
database only. So was wondering if this was possible. If someone has found a
way out where first name of palm = first name + middle name of outlook in
the sync option.

The native Contacts database does not have a "Middle Name" field. If you
want access on your Treo to all of the fields in Outlook Contacts, you
should think about installing Beyond Contacts:
<http://www.dataviz.
<http://www.dataviz.com/products/beyondcontacts/index.html>
com/products/beyondcontacts/index.html>

That may not appeal to you, though...it has to reside in RAM.
