Treo 650 had I think 2/3 updates for ROM - unlocked version. There were updates from I think version and others in US also. They may have fixed some bugs or things. I think with this update there should not be a problem for changes in the ROM. They know the hardware, so the software can be worked accordingly. When such things happen, people would prefer using a system more. If there were no updates to Vista for Win XP users, does it makes sense to change your desktop/laptop in order to get the updated software? I think this should always be there.

Importance: High Hi Vishal, Based on Palm's history, you have what you have. There will be no new ROM. Garnet will continue to run. There will be no upgrades to Palm or Chattermail. Why should it be otherwise? You bought a product based on its current features, not its hythothetical future capabilities. You do realize that the Linux-based Treo won't be available for the next six to twelve months, don't you? --Bill On Apr 21, 2007, at 5:52 AM, Vishal Sheth wrote: > Palm has taken over Chattermail and Opera.
