True enough, but since the 680's LED is so inactive, choosing "Green" (a steady green light) is unusual enough that it serves the same purpose as the blinking LED Butler supplied for the 600 and 650.
I now depend on that steady green light, just as I used to depend on the blinking LED, to notify me of missed alerts. That's why the recently created utility " Service LED for Treo 680" is of no use to me: it overrides Butler's alert. _______ Bill > -----Original Message----- > From: [email protected] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On > Behalf Of Jeffrey Kaplan > Sent: Wednesday, April 25, 2007 4:51 PM > To: [email protected] > Subject: Re: [Treo] Blinking LED redux (message/missed call indicator) > > The 680 barely uses the LED.
