There are OEM replacement batteries with the same rating, a third party replacement with +less+ charge, and two from Sedio with more. One is only marginally more, 1300 mAh vs the stock's 1200mAh (which places it in the "why bother" category, so far as I'm concerned) and a monster 2400mAh that is too big to fit in the stock case, so it comes with a humpback replacement battery cover. Sedio is reportedly developing a high-density 1800mAh battery for the Treo 680 that will fit in the stock case. This would be the same rating as in the 650 and 700, but in a smaller casing to fit the smaller space in the 680 and 750. No word yet on when it will be available. -- Jeffrey Kaplan www.gordol.org The from userid is killfiled Send personal mail to gordol "Ambassador, I think I'm in just about every kind of trouble there is."
