[Treo] Customize Button Question

TomTom resides on the SD card.  How do I get a button to launch  
TomTom on the "All" or home launcher desktop?  Until I do that, I  
can't "customize a button" on the phone page so that I can launch the  
program by holding down a key.  Help.
