Someone earlier mentioned using CallFilter for this purpose, and while CallFilter doesn't work reliably on anything beyond the 600 and is no longer supported, Lightwav has a CallNotes feature that does the same thing. You can access it with a hotkey during a call, or from the launcher at any time once you've entered notes.
