The problem isn't simply that the volumes too low -- its that the bar
graph indicates it's only up about halfway -- like maybe a 4 of a
possible 7.
The result is that I can used the side volume buttons to increase
it, but I can't find how to make the default bar graph -- the one that
appears when you press the volume buttons -- a 6 or 7 instead of a 4-5
