I have to chuck in a couple cents worth about the exclusivity thing --
it &^%$^%$*&&) me off in non-describable ways. I wanted, for instance, a
colored, non-camera 680 -- available only from Cingular.
I'm not didn't join Cingular to have a colored phone (I am a
Cingular customer, have been for years, but that's not why) and I'm not
leaving Cingular just to get a phone.
But I may switch companies if another upgrades its service to fit my
needs, and my next phone may be something other than a Treo/Palm product.
And that, as the man said, isn't an ultimatum -- it's just business.
