I'm eager to see what kind of speed the Treo is going to have compared to my 8525. I would LOVE to see one of these babies loaded with Linux........Linux rocks! Is that something Palm is working on.....have I been sleeping again? It is true that Microsoft gets in a rut sometimes and just won't fix certain things. But these days most of them have utility fixes or workarounds developed by someone who just couldn't take it anymore. And I assume with Palm releasing a unit with windows on it, and lots of nicely added Palm features, MS will have to buck up and compete.........joy <<I think that applies in many cases, but not mine. The reason I'm still on PalmOS and not Windows Mobile is that there are several aspects of Windows Mobile - aspects that have been there since the Windows CE days - that have not been improved and are intolerable to me. I'm looking forward to seeing what the power of Linux paired with the design simplicity of the PalmOS user interface can bring to the market!!>>
