Original Equipment Manufacturer - usually used around motor vehicles to
differentiate between stuff the name company makes (or at least sells)
and stuff you buy from someone else -- in the instant situation, the
battery that came with the Treo vs the one I'll likely buy from Seidio.

http://www.seidioonline.com/ - click on the 680 stuff and shop to your
credit card's content. I've never had a problem with them. One time I
was missing a part and they shipped it right out.
Go to the car kits -- the music lovers kit they sold for the 650
took stereo out of the 650 and pumped it into the car radio through an
FM transmitter. Worked great, til I got the 680, when I had to buy a new
holder and now it works great again.
I use p-tunes to play podcasts -- and the neat thing is if I get a
call it pausess (not stops - that was important to me) p-tunes, lets me
hear the call through the car radio and talk through a mic on my visor,
and when the call's over, p-tunes comes back where it left off.
