Try a clean soft reset, by holding the up button when you are doing a reset. When you see the Palm logo, you can release the up button.
If that doesn't work, then you have to do a hard reset. You will lose all the programs on your Treo. Hold the on/off-button when you are doing a reset. When you see the Palm logo, you can release the on/ off button. Then choose 'yes', when it's asking: 'Do you want to erase all data?'.
