Has anyone had any trouble with this. I have tried this stupid update about 15 times on approx. 6 different USB ports on the same PC. Every single time I get a USB Device Connection Failed. What gives? Is there an alternative way to install this? I'm about ready to make a new door with this thing. I'm very frustrated!! Richard L.
