OMG Roger!! You Mac guys always go there!! (BTW, I chide Mac people
the same way I chide attorneys - with love and respect - my dad was a
lawyer and many of my friends and relatives use Macs). MacOS may in
some ways be marginally more secure than various versions of Windows
(especially older ones), but I noted today in one of the technorati
blogs that there is an increase in the speed at which hackers are
turning out attacks to take advantage of identified security holes in
MacOS. Price of fame, I guess. No more security through obscurity!
:-)

It's like cellular providers -- each has its strengths; each its
exposures. In all the years I've used so many Windows computers, and
across all the hundreds of client computers for which I've been
responsible over the years, I've just kept Norton Antivirus in place and
up to date and have never had a problem with a virus. Not one. Not
ever.

Cheers,
Don

Sounds like you got infected by a virus or the like... Exactly why I now

own a Mac. :-)
