I have had the same problem with Docs to go on my 680. It is in rom on the 680 but I have upgraded to the premium edition and the rom version can't handle the premium version documents. I have had to reload the premium version to get things to work properly. So, if you have any upgraded version you should reload it by sync'ing from the PC.
