Is it still listed when you go back to the plugin assignment page? Remove it, save the change. Put it back, and save the change in your Saved Views. Did you get a weather forecast? The plugin came after I started using 4Cast, so I'm just guessing here: If you didn't download a forecast, maybe it's blank because there's no data to show?
