It's a little more complicated than that, but yes, basically with my
700p I am not getting acceptable service.  With their LG eNv and Moto
Razr, my kids are, for them.

As I said in a subsequent post, I will probably not even need to go that
route, though, since I can reduce the plan sufficiently to more than
cover the $10/month it "costs" me to be on the family plan for the next
year.  I may call them just to see how they respond, and if they respond
poorly and I get my back up, I may force the issue.

Verizon has treated me very well and I regret that their coverage in
this area is inadequate for my needs.
