Of what...the Foleo? Yep. At $299, it becomes a viable impulse buy, and few are are going to try it out at $599 without some significant hands-on time first.
Heck, at $299, it competes well with the Nokia Internet Tablet thingie, which is really it's primary competitor IMO. And the near future looks good for a $299 Foleo: LCD and flash RAM prices keep falling quickly, and I would expect those to be the primary variable cost elements in the unit. As a comparison, those kiddie "laptops" that just play educational games often cost <$100 and the main differences between the two are RAM and display.
