No. Well, actually I guess it depends on your definition of "overseas", but most of the world is GSM, and so only GSM Treos will work there. The ones Sprint and Verizon sell are CDMA.
The Blackberry they're advertising is a hybrid CDMA/GSM phone. Sprint will be releasing a hybrid soon too -- but not a Treo.
