These plans seem very affordable and competitive. Even the cheapest plan ($59.99) is better than my current Verizon Treo mobile & data plan which I pay $85 for. But it looks like you have to pay full price for the iPhone. ($599... ouch!) There's no mention of a discounted price with a 2 year agreement.
Hopefully this will force Verizon, Sprint, and the others to drop their plan prices to compete with AT&T.
