Thanks Craig, you're right! I also received the same recommendation in the BUM support message received! They also recommended restoring the "Unsaved Preferences" file. However, two applications still require code entry and yet indicate that the registration codes are not valid!!! Also, I don't understand why the preference files weren't "restored" along with all the other files restored for the device. My Treo is better, but still reseting and is very unstable. I'm counting on receiving a replacement on Friday!
