The phone side of my Sprint Treo 700p always turns itself
on automatically after a reset.  I've never had to do anything
special or install a program to force it to do that.  If it's
on at the time of the reset, it will turn itself on after the
reset.  If it's off at the reset, it will stay off after
the reset.  So, it's like it "remembers" its state.
