That's a different setting:
Under Prefs|Sounds & Alerts, there's a drop list for Vibrate that
allows you to select
= Always
= Never
= When Sound Off
= Vibrate then Ring
But if your sound switch is On (on the top of the Treo), you still
should be getting sound when it rings, with or without vibrate.
