I just performed the upgrade and I am very happy I did. Unfortunately it lost the licenses for a few of my programs, forcing me to reinstall and dig up the licenses. But that wasn't too bad.
The good news is that somehow the flaky connection problems from Versamail connecting to GMail (SSL) seems to be solved. Also, the 3 second delay when switching to the phone page, and the next 3 second delay when switching to the buttons tab is virtually eliminated (maybe .5 seconds or less).
