Nope.   There is some misconception that just because it claims 
to run "OS X" means that all the application programming 
interfaces ("APIs") from OS X have been carried into the iPhone.   

It is _really_ unlikely that all the APIs are present.   Even if 
you consider that you can drop all the peripherals and printing 
stuff you still have a processor- and RAM- constrained embedded 
device.  This isn't a 1.8GHz Core 2 Duo with at least .5GB 
RAM ... it fits in your hand and runs on a battery.

Also, we are talking about a 320x480 screen with multi-touch and 
I'm sure it is a non-trivial effort to visually re-scale 
(re-engineer) the GUI on any OS X application.  This is not a 
simple "porting" job for any existing desktop/laptop 
application.  I don't have any numbers but I would say that half 
today's applications are the GUI coding which would need to be 
re-done.
