The only real differences are the antenna, internal/external, and the size of the sd card. The RAM difference is Googlemaps in the 755, and only integration in contacts on the 700 (with the MR). Of course, you got the new IM app on the 755, but you can get it a lot of places now to run on your 700. The rest is cosmetic.
