That's where I get a bit fuzzy.  I used to care, when I was battling the
memory shortage on the 650.  There were all sorts of discussions about
whether this area or that could be expanded or shrunk, whether stuff
could be added to or just deleted from ROM, etc. etc..  

I no longer care, so I don't need to remember!  Gray cells available for
other purposes.

It is true, though, that with a ROM editor one can put stuff that WOULD
have been in RAM into ROM, thereby freeing up RAM for other things.
