I successfully sync my Treo 680 with my MacBook Pro OX x 10.4.10 and
Palm Desktop for Mac 4.2.2 using Missing Sync 6.0. I did have some
issues initially which related primarily to the fields that can be
synced successfully. There are some significant differences between
Palm Desktop for PC and for Mac. But I studied the forums, read
everything on the Mark/Space Missing Sync webpage knowledge base and
eventually began conversing via email with one of their tech people.
He was very helpful. I have no issues now.

The forums are a good place to start. For example, are you going to
sync to Palm Desktop for Mac or iCal/Address Book? Will you use
Missing Sync? Do you have more than five phone/email fields? Are your
contact fields consistent (ie, the first phone number is ALWAYS work,
the second one home, the third email, the fourth mobile and the fifth
email). If not, you may need to make some adjustments to get
consistent trouble-free syncs. Forums (Treo, Mark/Space, Apple,
Brighthand, etc.) can help you decide how you want to go about this
and what issues may be involved with the method that you choose.

Ask questions and you'll get answers. Good luck!

There is no error msg at all. I tried removing Palm desktop and
reinstalling and still same problem. I am very close to tossing this
phone in favor of the iPhone and am seriously contemplating it.
