I went to the store to get the update. They had the card to do so, my 700p would not allow for the upgrade. Problem with my phone. PS - Verizon store was in Edgewater NJ.
They said call the 800 # and have them replace the phone. I did, went quickly and well, says I'll have a phone in my hands Wed with the new firmware. No cost to me as my 700p was still under warranty. Will repost later this week to see how the new firmware works.
