The one significant thing that the treo's don't support is dialing 
directly from the headset (press the button the headset, then scroll 
through numbers, and/or just redial the last call).  Of course, voice 
dialing from the headset would be nce, but nobody does that.

I had a Sony Ericsson headset with caller id, and it was able to display 
the caller ID from my 650.

I loved that headset!  Unfortunately, the battery went kaput and they 
stopped making it, so I currently use a Plantronics 645. 

The Plantronics is good, but I do miss the caller ID from the Sony.

I've recently been thinking about the Jabra with caller ID (the BT 
800?), but I like the in-ear style of the Plantronics.

Too many choices, but none exactly like what I want!

Every headset I've tried has worked with my treos, even if they don't 
all work exactly the same.  I think the best thing to do is buy and 
try.  As long as you can return them, that's the only way to see if 
you'll really like a headset anyway.
