Here I sit on hold on the Sprint CS line, waiting to straighten out my number porting problem. It's interesting that, having mistakenly first called Sprint sales, where I got "easy listening" music on hold, and the call was taken in about a minute, that CS gives you noisy distorted macaca "music", which is so distracting that it's difficult to even wash dishes, while you wait for "an estimated 15-20 minutes".
