I am new to this group and have subscribed for some time to other Treo groups.

Thought I would just post a handy tip that I got on another board.

I would get the ERROR 3000 MESSAGE in my new 755p.

Someone suggested removing the battery, hence, performing a reset, and keep it
out for 10 seconds or more.

I did the reset and that fixed the ERROR 3000 MESSAGE !!

My device would not read my the miniSD card I bought, 1 gig. I checked the
Backupman app website for tips and noticed they had an update. I downloaded it
and hotsynched it to my 755p and that fixed the miniSD card recognition problem
and Backman did and has done full backups each night.

Last, how know the device is a 755p when there is no "755p" showing on the
exterior of the device? That question contains a hint. Inside the battery
compartment is a label with "755p" and other data. So, it is a 755p for sure,
it is just a secret.
