Thanks for the help. We figured out the problem with the SMS lookup. Because he (and I) both use KeyContacts, it wasn't finding it in the integreated Key Contacts Database. I updated him to the newest version of Key Contacts, which will sync the palm database as well. There is no problem now with SMS.
The delay problem is still there. I am going to add the Verizon update for him later today. Thanks, Michael
