I'd try contacting palm
maby they will swap your headset

I did the update, too. everything works but my Palm BT headset,
which worked before. I 're-paired' it. The speaker seems to work as
I can hear a 'beep' when adjusting the volume. The Palm's BT software
sees it as a trusted device. Other BT stuff (a BT GPSr works fine.
BUT the headset does not work. I can't hear anything from the
phone. Any ideas?
