Thanks for the detailed response - good reading. Maybe the more artsy on the list could Photoshop their own ideal Treo. Growing up Long Life was canned beer in England, maybe still exists. Another response from treo24/7 below. The Treo 900p pictured at this link <http://mobiunity.com/?p=421> is a great photoshop but no more than that. Absolutely no way on earth that even Palm would make something like this because that would be keeping the worst of the Treo design and having to re-manufacturer it anyway. I have no real knowledge of this as fact or fiction, but my gut feeling is that PalmOS5.x cannot handle cellular, BT AND WiFi. Note that while some PalmOS devices have BT and WiFi and some have BT and cellular, none have all three. And while some cellular providers (*cough* VZW) may stipulate "No WiFi", others do not. Specifically, Cingular/AT&T and T-Mobile do not, nor do, I hope, providers in other countries. It's either 110/120 or it's 110/220 switching for a "press release" or "leaked" specs readout. To squeeze a third radio in there, with a full-size SD card slot AND trim 50 grams of weight, the battery would have to be shrunk even further than what I have which is already too small. There's no way it'd go a full day without a mid-day recharge, so that means no "long life" battery. Note that Seidio can't even make a battery with significantly more life fit in the same size as the stock battery in the 680.
