I have a 755P and a laptop running VISTA. The quick install app used
to install applications on the palm from the desktop is apparently
incompatible with VISTA according to what I have learned and an update
or patched version was due sometime this summer. Well I still haven't
heard anything about an updated version and summer is almost over!
Does anyone have any idea when PALM will provide this BASIC and
ESSENTIAL functionality for their most recent TREO? Currently, to
install apps, you have to email them as attachments to yourself and
download them with your email client - it works but its a pain!
