The reason Ebay sellers will not send you the esn or serial number is because of theft. You get the numbers from an ebay seller, burn it to a phone and go have it turned ON!
When the Ebay phone is sold the buyer finds out the phone can't be turned on because someone already has a phone in use with that number! The seller gets the shaft with a last sale and a buyer that leaves Negative Feedback!
