After thinking about this, I realized that TakePhone allows me to setup what it calls Calling Cards. With a Calling Card setup to login in to my answering service, I can choose, with any Contact I call with TakePhone, to have the Calling Card start the call by first logging into my service, getting me to a prompt, and then dialing the Contact's number. As I said before, if I use my service this way, I get my Caller ID to be whatever I have set it up to be via my service. My service only charges me 2 cents a minute when it calls out for me, so this works fine.
