I'da sweared I just heard the tech guy on MSNBC say don't buy the
kiddies iPhones until next week cause the company's about to make
another announcement.
I'm at work, and didn't hear the whole thing and don't find it on
msnbc.com. It was a piece about what kind of phones the kids need now
school's starting. He objected to the iPhone because it was too costly,
and recommended the Blackjack because it's not, though in the latter he
had some problems he didn't go deeply into with the WinMob implementation.
No mention of Blackberry or Treo.
And then the statement, about the time I was walking out of the room,
about an announcement (next Wednesday, I think) and wait til at least
then to buy an iPhone.
